As we are in April we start to unfold from the cold and inner life of winter. What great things are you planning for spring. Will you go outside more? Will you do a massive cleaning of your house? This is a great time to pick something to do for you. This could be as simple as some time with friends or looking into a new healthy habit like trying new exercise. Perhaps a new family time like dinner together around a table or family game night. It is the time as seasons change to try on something new. You could take some time for you and come to therapy if you are new to it or come to someone that does a type of therapy you have never tried or heard of before. We as humans get stuck in the known and get scared of the new possibilities out there.
